Basic support
Interscope will support Interscope BlackBox by e-mail, and if it is required, by telephone. For support through e-mail you can write to BlackBox@interscope.ro, specifying 'BlackBox' on the subject line, and in the body of the message your registered name (and your registration code if you are requesting support for version 1.x).

Before you contact Interscope for providing you support please make sure you already checked out the BlackBox FAQ.


Support for unregistered users
Support for Interscope BlackBox will be available only to registered users. During the evaluation period Interscope will not offer support of any kind for its products.

The only help we provide during the evaluation period is the BlackBox FAQ and for installation problems you can write to BlackBox@interscope.ro.


MFC runtime files
MFC runtime files are required in order to run Interscope BlackBox. Because these files are pretty large, we initially decided not to include them in the setup package. Starting with version 1.3, however, they are included in the .zip or .exe file you download (hence the large size of the file).

You can write to BlackBox@interscope.ro, specifying 'MFC runtime' in the subject line and you will get instruction on how to get them and install them on your computer.
