   Got problems with Interscope InstallMaster?

Basic support

Interscope will support Interscope InstallMaster by e-mail, and if it is required, by telephone. For support through e-mail you can write to InstallMaster@interscope.ro, specifying 'InstallMaster' on the subject line, and in the body of the message your registered name.

Before you contact Interscope for providing you support please make sure you already checked out the InstallMaster FAQ.

Support for unregistered users

Support for Interscope InstallMaster will be available only to registered users. During the evaluation period Interscope will not offer support of any kind for its products.

The only help we provide during the evaluation period is the InstallMaster FAQ and for installation problems you can write to InstallMaster@interscope.ro.

Setup kit expiration

Please be aware any setup kit you build during the trial period will expire on the same date when your trial period is over (you should rebuild these kits as soon as you have a valid license for InstallMaster).
